She specializes in slow, accessible Hatha Yoga flows combined with restorative Yin postures to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and body strength. Liv’s classes incorporate props like blocks, straps, and blankets to suit all abilities, helping clients release tension and find balance. Passionate about sharing the transformative benefits of yoga, Liv offers a supportive space for physical and mental well-being.

Kerry is a yoga teacher specialising in Hatha and Hatha flow. Through practising different styles for over ten years and learning to teach in India, she loves to invite traditional, foundational postures into the practice and weave some creative dynamic movement throughout.
Her goal in class is to help you connect with your body and deeper purpose through movement, breath and intention. She aims to create a space for you to clear the clouds of a busy life and discover a sense of joy and contentment within.

Monika is a fully qualified Kinesiologist and massage therapist with a passion for holistic health. She combines her expertise in chronic pain management with a personalized approach, addressing a wide range of issues from anxiety to structural or digestive concerns. Using techniques from Kinesiology, sports massage, lymphatic care, and relaxation, Monika tailors each session to the unique needs and goals of her clients, helping them achieve balance and well-being.

Eoin is a qualified Kinesiologist and also holds a Diploma in Cranial Therapy alongside 15 years of experience in natural health. He is currently pursuing a BSc in Osteopathic Medicine, and brings a deep commitment to identifying the root causes of health issues rather than treating symptoms alone. With extensive training both locally and internationally, Eoin tailors each session to the unique needs of his clients, blending his expertise in holistic modalities to support their journey toward optimal health and well-being.
