  • I joined GADD just over 7 months ago and it was one of the best decisions I have made. I was feeling a bit lost and confused in relation to exercise and hadn’t really considered my stress levels and how they would relate to my weight or overall health. GADD has a more holistic approach to health, which is what I needed, no bright lights, no burpees, incense burning the gym and weekly soul and breathwork sessions. I doubted how I was going to fit it all in with a busy job, running a business and a family but I found the complete opposite, I wanted to go and it has become a place of rest and solace for me. I recently did the metabolic reset and lost 5lbs in the first 2 weeks, without feeling deprived or hungry. The knowledge that Lisa-Jane and Ben share is invaluable, and I’ve learned so much about improving my overall wellbeing, from vitamins to my lymphatic system. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting something different from usual gyms.

  • I joined the High Performance Her programme as part of my prep to walk the Camino, and it absolutely delivered what I needed – which was to be stronger, fitter and leaner. It was so rewarding to see the numbers on muscle mass, body fat and visceral fat all going in the right direction but, if I’m being honest, it was almost as rewarding when the ‘big’ clothes in my wardrobe became, well, too big! GADD’s holistic approach to health and wellbeing is truly effective. The nutritional advice has been a real learning experience, and the restorative treatments and classes truly did support my physical and mental wellbeing. As someone who has attended very many gyms over the years, GADD is a totally different experience – a supportive female environment, so clean and beautifully presented, and a place where I always felt welcomed and encouraged.

  • I honestly can’t recommend Gadd enough. It’s so much more than just a gym — it’s a complete, all-round wellbeing experience. From the coaching and classes to the overall atmosphere, everything is there to make you feel supported, comfortable and empowered, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. What really sets Gadd apart is the sense of community. It’s one of the few places I’ve found where walking through the door as a woman instantly feels welcoming and safe — like somewhere you truly belong, it really is a third space where you enjoy coming to oustide of your work and home life. I’m so grateful to have found a space that felt like home, where both physical and mental wellbeing are valued equally. If you’re looking for more than just a place to work out, but somewhere that genuinely supports your overall health and confidence!

  • I started with Lisa Jane and Ben the first week they opened. I have to say I’ve never had an experience with fitness like this. I’ve not only stuck with the classes but I’ve enjoyed them. My body is changing in a healthy way and the total all round care that Lisa Jane and Ben provide is amazing. They are both so knowledgeable, experienced and encouraging. They have created a real community and I’m privileged to get to be a part of it and make positive changes in my life.

“Not like other gyms! You feel completely looked after by Lisa and Ben. Relaxed, friendly vibe. Training sessions are small, fun and focused. The time flies in. Soul sessions of yoga, pilates and breathwork are a great add on to the training sessions. Love the therapies too, red light, compression and sauna to top it off.”
