    Not like other gyms! You feel completely looked after by Lisa and Ben. Relaxed, friendly vibe. Training sessions are small, fun and focused. The time flies in. Soul sessions of yoga, pilates and breathwork are a great add on to the training sessions. Love the therapies too, red light, compression and sauna to top it off.

Our Facility is located at 113 Ravenhill Road, 5 Minutes Drive from Belfast City Centre or a 3-minute walk from Ormeau Park.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

Small Group Training sessions are on weekdays at 6.30am & 7 am and evenings at 5pm, 6 pm & 7 pm.
Recovery Soul Sessions times - Yoga Tuesday at 8 pm and Saturday 10am, Pilates Wednesday at 8 pm & Breathwork Friday at 7 pm.

WHAT IS THE PRICE?

Our program is an investment of just £249. With a supportive Community and regular events, a 1-1 Coach and much more. You will not find a facility that offers more. Remember, our classes have no more than 6 members per class, ensuring that every element of your journey with us, you are coached and supported throughout.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT? WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES?

No, we will ensure you are working at a pace matching your experience and current ability. Injuries will be identified during your onboarding process and the coach leading the session will be made aware and create suitable adjustments for you. Many of our members have worked around pains and niggles which we have helped improve.

WHAT KIND OF CLIENTS DO YOU WORK WITH

We train only females of which majority are aged between 35-55 years old. However, we do have clients as young as 28, right up to 62. Their goals range from fat loss and heart health to strength building, hormone balance, and mood management. Our Strength Programme welcomes everyone—whether you’re experienced with weights or have never set foot in a gym.
